Where our products come from

• We buy from trusted suppliers and importers.
• Every product comes in its original packaging.
• We check expiry dates before we send a product. Clearance products show their expiry month on the product page.

Check at your door

• Check the packaging, the seal, the brand's logo and the barcode.
• Some brands print a code you can check on their own website, such as a scratch-off code. If your product has one, you can check it there.
• Check the expiry date.
• Not sure it's genuine? Don't accept it. Return it sealed at the door and pay only the delivery charge.

If you have a question later

• Contact us with your order number and photos of the product, its packaging and any code on it, and we'll look into it.
• If we find that a product we sold you was not genuine, we'll refund what you paid for it.
