Courier Open Box Policy

With cash on delivery, you can check your order before you pay.

Opening the box

• You can open the parcel in front of the rider and check:
  • the products are the ones you ordered
  • nothing is damaged
  • the packaging, seals, barcodes and expiry dates

What you can and can't do

• You can look at the products, their packaging, seals, barcodes and expiry dates.
• Please don't break a seal, open a product, swatch it or try it. A product with a broken seal can't be refused or returned.

If something is wrong

• Tell the rider straight away, before they leave, and take a photo of the problem while the rider is there.
• We'll replace a damaged or wrong item free.

After the rider leaves

• We can't accept claims about a damaged or wrong item once the rider has left. Please always check at the door.

Delivery charge

• If you don't want the order, return it sealed at the door and pay only the delivery charge. For free-delivery orders, see our Return & Refund Policy.
