Affan Beauty Shop runs this website. By using it or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Return & Refund Policy, Courier Open Box Policy, Authenticity Policy, Privacy Policy and Skincare Disclaimer are part of these terms.

Using this website

  • Don't use it for anything illegal or fraudulent.
  • Don't copy our text, photos, logo or design without permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
  • Don't do anything that harms the website's security or how it works.

Products

  • We sell imported skincare and beauty products from several countries.
  • We are a seller, not the maker. Product details come from the brand's own packaging and website.
  • Photos may differ slightly from the item you receive, for example when a brand changes its packaging.
  • Results vary from person to person. See our Skincare Disclaimer.

Prices and orders

  • Prices are in taka and shown on the website. Prices can change; you pay the price shown when you placed your order.
  • We call to confirm every order before it ships. Your order is accepted once we confirm it on that call.
  • If a price was shown by mistake, we'll tell you on the confirmation call, before anything is sent, and you can cancel at no cost.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the order looks fake, or if we can't reach you to confirm it. If you paid anything in advance, we refund it in full.

Payment

  • Cash on delivery.
  • Sometimes we may ask for an advance by bKash or Nagad. We give you our own number on the confirmation call.

Delivery

  • Delivered nationwide by Pathao. Inside Dhaka usually 1–2 days, outside usually 3–5 days, counted from the confirmation call.
  • These are usual times, not promises. Delivery can be delayed by the courier, weather, holidays or other things outside our control.

Limits of our responsibility

  • We take care to give correct information and sell good products.
  • We're not responsible for allergies or reactions caused by an individual's skin, or by using a product in a way its label doesn't say. Please patch test first.
  • As far as the law allows, the most we're responsible for on any order is the amount you paid for it.

Law

  • These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute goes to the courts of Dhaka.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Bangladesh consumer law.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
